DESCRIPTION:Health and Safety Risk Assessments or HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) forms a critical part of all Health and Safety management systems and must be conducted in all work areas.\nRisk assessments highlight risks and then categorise, minimise and mitigate these risks to ensure a safer working environment and forms part of an injury prevention program for all employees.
