The CPR for EVERYONE course is designed to teach the techniques of CPR and choking in adults, children and infants, and the use of the AED to lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in their occupation or workplace. This course has been launched by the Resuscitation Council of South Africa which is equivalent to the AHA (American Heart Association) Heart saver CPR & AED course.

Who Should Do this Course?
This Course is ideal for anyone with no prior CPR knowledge, who wants to learn how to possibly save a life of a loved one or any other person, in need of CPR. Any members of the public, family members, and also ideal for e.g. swim teachers, health & fitness staff, retail employees as well as other lay responders.
Each participant receives a full colour workbook to review before, during and after the course. An additional one hour First Aid Module can be added on basic First Aid skills.

Recognition and assistance
Recognition and assistance of Adult, Child and Infant choking.
Correct recovery position.

This course earns 15 CPD points. Continuing Professional Development points are according to the Health Professionals Council of South Africa.
