Hazard Identification Risk Assessment
Health and Safety Risk Assessments or HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) forms a critical part of all Health and Safety management systems and must be conducted in all work areas.
Risk assessments highlight risks and then categorise, minimise and mitigate these risks to ensure a safer working environment and forms part of an injury prevention program for all employees. HIRA course empowers the attendees with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct workplace risk assessments, thereby creating safer and better-prepared working environment for all employees.
Course attendees are able to explain the legal and specified requirements for conducting continuous risk assessments, prepared to conduct a continuous risk assessment, and initiate remedial action and follow up on Continuous Risk Assessment.
